Q:What are your delivery hours?
We're open for delivery every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Last orders are accepted at 9:30 PM to ensure delivery within operating hours.
Q:How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries arrive within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Delivery times may vary based on your location, traffic, and order volume. You'll receive updates on your delivery status.
Q:What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order is $50. Orders over $100 qualify for free delivery within our standard service area.
Q:What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery. Please have exact change ready for your driver. Some digital payment options may be available through our main ordering platform.
Q:Do I need to show ID?
Yes, you must be 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will verify your ID at the time of delivery. Orders cannot be left unattended.
Q:Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, all orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging. Our delivery vehicles are also unmarked for your privacy.
Q:Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you'll receive real-time updates on your order status including when your driver is on the way and their estimated arrival time.
Q:What if I'm not home for delivery?
Someone 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, we may attempt redelivery or hold your order for pickup at a later time.
Q:Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before they're dispatched for delivery. Once your driver is en route, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
